Anna Rose Suite

When guests arrive in the hallway of the Anna Rose room they will see a black and white picture of sisters Anna and Rose at the 1939 Worlds Fair. Then enter the room with a theme of roses. Furniture is whitewashed antique and vintage pieces. Vee’s den provides a restful reading nook for guests to enjoy their favorite vacation books. Anna Rose was Annmarie’s (the owner of the B&B) mom.

Rose was a very talented fashion design teacher. She could look at a piece of clothing and sit down to create a similar piece of clothing with her own creative spin on it. Sitting on the vintage bureau is an antique hat box from NYC. The funky pieces of furniture in this room are two dental side tables purchased from one of the Millennial’s favorite stores Pottery Barn!!! The owner’s favorite picture in the room is of the Showboat nightclub which was located across the street from Josephines. The nightclub was the last steamboat that came to Hull.

The Anna Rose room is named after my mom, Anna, and her sister Rose. Room has a refrigerator. Bath is en suite and has a tub and shower.

Weekends require a two night stay but at times may be available for one night because of weekly overlap.

The room is on the first floor which will be especially comfortable for guests who don’t climb stairs.
